CHRISTMAS 2011

Well, Christmas has come and gone again for another year. It was a fun Christmas 2011 with two little girls this time.

We started off by having our own family Christmas on Friday night, since we weren't going to be home on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

We made Reindeer pancakes with bacon antlers. Yum!

Kelsey attempted to open her first present ever. She was not much into gifts like Morgan was. :)

Kelsey got these feet rattles for Christmas. She was on my lap when I tried to take this picture. But she loves to play with her feet, so these were a huge hit!

Christmas Eve Day

We spent Christmas Eve Day with Jared's side of the family. The cousins had so much fun playing with each other all day!

They humored us by letting us take some pictures before they dug into their gifts.

The two baby cousins enjoyed each other's company as well.

Grandma Faith got all the grandkids matching jammies.

Morgan tried to hold Kelsey up. She kept saying, "Kelsey, just SIT UP!" :)

Christmas Day

We went with Grandma Joy and Grandpa Doug to their church on Christmas morning, then headed back to their house to celebrate with my side of the family. Grandma had asked us to bring a birthday cake for Jesus. We opted for cupcakes, but the girls enjoyed eating them after singing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus and blowing out the candles.

Since Morgan usually wears ponytails in her hair, Grandma Joy made her a hat with a hole in the top for her ponytail to stick out! :)

Her big gift this year was her big girl bike with training wheels. She has outgrown the tricycle she got from Grandma and Grandpa last year already. She was beyond excited!

She also loved her guitar from Cousin Molly. Though she kept calling it her "violin." :)

My two sweet, precious gifts!

Grandma Joy and her two newest granddaughters.

Kelsey was more into pounding on her presents than opening them. :)

I just love this picture!
